House and home refund refused

I would like to report a Pathetic service I received from House and Home, I lay byed a sleeping couche last year I paid 2000.00 , a R1000.00 at the store , and a R1000.00 via EFT , I dont need the chair any more so I requested a cancellation , I have been begging for money since last week , for the entire week I was told there is no money on their tills they will call me back(like whos problem is that ?? and its not the 1st time I lay bye ) we do laybys at different stores and if one does not want the item they get their money immediately, so Saturday they call me to come fetch the money so I went all the way from Khayelitsha to Tyger valley with R200.00 petrol and they still don't want to give me money (they only gave me a R1000.00 only and still wanted to deduct the cancellation fee ) , I brought all the proof of payment : ie Bank statement , EFT POP they dont want to give me the 2 nd R1000.00 (cause its a missing payment but sitting in their bank accounts ) The Store Manager name is Celeste Fransman and Sales lady is Phindiwe Nketshe ..Im really reluctant to buy anything from these stores its like one of these days , they will take off with our monies , we are all in the Pandemic for trying out LOUD I am in need of my money
