House and home Potchefstroom is pathetic

The?Potchefstroom branch is absolutely pathetic! I have ordered a bed and fridge 3 week's ago. Last Friday when I arranged for the delivery i was told they have ordered the fridge from the warehouse. After a huge fight I was told they did have it in stock and will deliver on Monday. Monday afternoon still no delivery.... I again contacted them and was told delivery would take place on Tuesday after 9. At 10 o'clock still no delivery. I called again and was told delivery would take place between 1 and 2.... it is now 13h30.... apart from this poor service the lady answering the phone at deliveries is extremely rude and does not give a person the opportunity to speak!
