House and Home poor service/workmanship

Hi, This is the second couch i have bought from them due to poor workmanship, I bought the couch end of 2021. The frame of the couch where you sit has snapped when I sat on it. I spoke to them and emailed Kholeka from Pavillion branch in Westville, Durban. she said that the supplier said it it out of warranty as its only one year. I asked her so now i am paying monthly for a couch that is broken, this is unacceptable and no one has gotten in contact with me. Firstly i'm not happy that this is now the second couch from them that has broken and they refuse to help me yet I must just keep paying and they just take my money. Please can i get some assistance??
