House and home poor service

I made a lay buy with house and home mayville pretoria. Now i have cancelled my lay buy they dont want to refund me my money they keep on saying they dont have cash i went there since Sunday same story. But I didn’t do a cash payment i used a debit card. Their cashier are even rude…. What a bad customer service
