House and home poor service

Hi my name is Morris. I just received the worse service from Sphiwe Ngcobo who works as a sales consultant at House and Home pavillion branch(westville). I bought lounge suit last week on the 9th May 2018. Sphiwe promised me that he would get on with delivery straight away. He said I should have the stock delivered to my house by Friday latest. I eagerly waited for my suit and I had to arrange for someone to be at home to receive the stock. I did not received any updates from sales person. Friday I contact the store looking for sphiwe, he is no where to be found,I drive to the store on that same day. He told me that he was organizing still and latest I will have my stock is tuesday(15/05/2018). Still received no updates and the stock is not delivered until today. Im really disappointed with service im receiving. Sphiwe today tells me that there is no stock available anywhere. He only begun to check for the stock in presence which tells me that if I had not gone to the store,he would have forgot about me. Please advise
