House and Home poor customer service

I had never come accross such poor customer service, i bought a double door fridge at house and home last year, a few weeks ago it stopped working, my husband went to report the matter to them because it still under guarantee, they said they were going to come fetch but even today they have not,it has been three weeks already, they keep on telling us that they are coming,
