House and Home Pest defected Sofas

I bought sofas on credit at house and home and in less later found that when you sit on them, they sink as if they are old, yet they are not even a year old. I lodged a complaint at House and home to have them repaired following they came to fetch them at my place of residence. Later, they responded stating that they will not repair them because maggots and wooden borer in the sofas which came as shock to me because these sofas do not have a hole nor are they a year old. House and Home clearly put the blame on me and unhygenic which was an insult on its own because its a matter of questioning my household state and I was paying alot of money for them. As far as I know, maggots and wooden borers can only land in places such as newly made sofas if the quality of the timber used is very poor and I believe this is the case even now because it makes no sense that new sofas get defected with pests in less than a year. House and Home made it clear to me that I should fetch these sofas within 10 days, or they would put them up for auction for their benefit, plus I would still be expected to continue paying the balance due to them, even though I am beyond dissatisfied with the product they gave me. I am left here suffering a loss with no sofas currently, and yet I am expected to pay for something I am not happy about; I am beyond disappointed and angered.
