The service I received from this store and call center was impeccable. The stores telephone is problematic but calling the call center, I received outstanding customer service.

I was contacted directly by the store manager after being provided with regional managers contact details. Then when I got to the store, a unit was already waiting for my purchase. I then had asked for delivery to be arranged before 12 midday and this was done with an after service call.

This store service was truly unique and phenomenal, now I understand, why they are around for so many years.
