House and Home PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I placed an online order on the 25th of November for a freezer. Today is the 14th of December and my order still has not been delivered. I am being sent different mails about delivery from different people. Their service is pathetic, I was told that I would receive my order last week by someone else, then a Melissa sends me a mail saying the supplier doesn't have stock as yet. And the sad part is that no one has the dencency to keep you up to date, I only get a reply a few days later when I send a mail to find out what is happening with my order. To get hold of them on the phone is another nightmare on its own. I have sent messages on their Facebook messenger which also turned out to be fruitless. I cannot buy anything for the freezer for December as my freezer has not been delivered as yet. ORDER NUMBER ***.
