House and home online terrible service

I have had a terrible experience with house and home. I made an online order on the 27th of April for a decoder. After checking properly I discovered that they will only deliver after lockdown has been lifted. I raised this matter via email and got no response. I then went on their Facebook page and I was told that if I am not happy with the purchase I can get a refund. I provided all the necessary details so that they can process my request for a refund and was told that someone will get back to me. To this day I have not gotten my money back. They keep giving me the run around and their feedback is pathetic. Be careful when you place orders online with house and home. Even th contacts they provide for you to call do not always work. I do not know what to do now as I have tried to email them but nothing is happening. On the 9th of June I went online again on their home page to register a quiry and I just got an email saying they will get back to me. I am still waiting even now.
