House and Home Online Shopping - 7-10 working days delivery far from the truth !

I live in East London. Almost 4 weeks ago (26th) I ordered a TV online. 7-10 days it said. on about 13th I chased it up. I was told the truck was going to Cape Town on the 18th to pick it up. On 20th I enquired about progress and got a very snappy email saying they have already told me it was being picked up on the 18th and then the truck has to go to Joburg. Meanwhile here I sit in East London waiting for the truck to go to Joburg first, and I presume they only have 1 truck, as it took almost 3 weeks to set out for Cape Town ?? Ho Hum
