House and Home - Online service - Pathethic

House and Home has very poor service ethic. I ordered online - on a collect basis - I was called the same day by the online manager and told the item is on stock and will be delivered to my home free of charge. 4 days later - I get a message to say the item is out of stock and my order has moved from one store to another. The call centre is always too busy and you want more than 10 minutes without anyone picking up at your cost ??? I did a purchase with a competitor on Friday for a similar item and received this morning. This service is very very poor
