House and home offensive service

I bought a washing machine at House and Home on the 17th November 2023 at Mthatha Branch Eastern Cape. I paid cash and also paid the delivery fee in full. I spent R6149.00. R5499 for the washing machine and R650 was for the delivery. The salesperson who was assisting me firstly acquired which branch in Cape town has the stock available. The closest one to my are was picked and the had 4 in stock available. Today (29 November 2023) no delivery has been made. Why is that? I had to call in serveral times to follow up on the matter and I even went to the store itself. Seemingly it is the CPT branch that is not delivering or not responding to emails being sent or calls being made. Kindly assist me with my full refund as it is quir evident that your company is not interested in providing me for the product I paid for. It is clear that customers that are valid by your company are those infront of you or the ones in your area.

I choose your store with confident and my very first experience is soo revolting. I am disgusted HOUSE & HOME.
