House and home N1 city management is a disgrace

House and home N1 city management is ridiculous I placed my order on Sunday the 9th of April 2023 at the N1 city Branch and was told my order would be delivered the 12 of April 2023. I called the store twice yesterday morning as i wanted to make sure that this order would be delivered Yesterday cause i had made arrangements, the store confirmed delivery that the driver is on route at 16h37 the driver called and told me his on his way then at 16h59 he told me he cant deliver cause traffic was bad and i told him the order must be delivered Today as no one will be at the address again we got into an arguement he told me his not coming if i want i must cancel the orderd. I called the store again and spoke to a very rude old lady by the name of Zelda who hang up the phone while i was talking to her, I called again requested to speak to a manager he claimed that he understood and will contact the driver and get back to me till now he has not called me back at 17h42 i called and they told me his not at the store they will ask him to call me back now the time is 18h07 no call back no delivery, I am disgusted by the service i have received from house and home and i needed those items. Today I receive a call just after 8am driver says he will deliver my order in an hours time so I organize someone to be at the house to accept this delivery 11h00 am the lady that was at my house calls me and tells me shes living no delivery was made. Ath 12h00 i get a call from the driver telling me that the car broke down i immediately call the store as i wanna cancel this stupid order the manager is still not available i left 2 msgs for him to contact me till now no call or email from him. I contact customer service and the call was answered by a very rude women who didnt even want to give her name when she answered the phone she didnt assist me at all instead she was shouting at me as if i created this problem!! Today now my trip is delayed because of such incompitent people.
