I am very unhappy with this company In 2017 I bought a Hisense washing machine and i kept on paying the account then due to the fact that I was staying in place where there was no running water so now in 2019 I had running water and decided to open it but to my dismay the clothes were coming out dirty after I have washed them so the machine was not washing the clothes properly so I reported the issue and the Hisense technicians came to check it out and they told me that the filter dirty and they took it out and cleaned it But still after that my machine was still doing the same thing so I called in again and the guys came again but this time did not check it and wrote somthing in Their books and left i am really unhappy with this kind of treatment as i am a paying customer this kind if treatment is unacceptable i have a washing machine that is standing there and not being used because it is of no use to me as it does not work properly i really don't know what to do i have reported this reportedly at house and home Mthatha to no prevail I really am upset and the manager said the complaint has been closed and there is nothing she can do i am very upset
