House and home menlyn -dissapointing custemor service

We bput couches in feb this year CASH for 15000 rand it broker hardly 6months after i bought it because of the "GUARANTEE" They sent people to my house to "fix" it after i requested new coaches i noticed it looked great but the quality seems very poor...i acknoledged and understood and accepted the repair just to find the same couches breaking again in the same way...even worse then before i lodged a claim with them almost 3weeks ago they still havent followed up with me i have the feeling if you buy cash they tend to lack in customer service because they already made the proffits unlike people paying monthly because if the dont get service the can just simply stop paying i truly hope they live up to the name and give me either a refund or new couches clearly these "repairs" will maybe last untill my gauruntee is over i must say i have always thought they truly are focused on customer service they have a big name to live up to seems like thats a myth....i hope people see this and think twice before they buy and land in the same sutiation as mine....money does not come from nowhere they willing to take money with a smile when you go there to buy and give them commision but after that the rest is history ..HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
