House and Home Menlyn

House and home Menlyn has given us appalling service. We bought an automatic washing machine from them in August this year and in mid November the spinning function stopped working. We called on the 24th of November to get assistance from them with no luck. At this point the machine can’t even drain out water and we contacted them again on the 11th of December still with no luck. Details were taken down on both occasions and we were promised a technician. To this day we have not been able to get the machine repaired by them and we called once again today, again we were told of a technician who’ll only be in the office on Monday.

The manager whose name is Porshia Was extremely rude and unhelpful.
