House and Home Krugersdorp - VERY POOR SERVICE

Very Poor customer service. It was such a hassle to get the credit application done on their side. The salesperson said he will send it through the exact same day, but only sent it the following day! I phoned the stores manager, who did not really want to help me at all. When I got upset and told her that I want to cancel everything and was not happy, she asked me "Is that how you speak to people?" Fist of all, I am an unhappy customer. You should try and help me, not have an attitude towards customers. Second of all, IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?

The sales person that was assisting me did not look very motivated to help me. I needed to phone them and find out what is going on.

Lastly the store manager called me a **** in front of all the staff and store. Is that really how you should treat your customer?
