I had a warm welcome to the store (Kimberley) and was assisted by Kelvin in a professional manner into buying a fridge.

I would've given the store a 4 star rating.

However, upon taking delivery, unwrapping and carefully examining the product, I noticed that they sold me a used fridge.

I did request for an exchange but, I have to wait a week for them to facilitate the process.
