House And Home is useless

On black friday we purchased couches that was marked down from R22 000 to R14 500 at Festival Mall branch from Palesa. We had to phone them weekly for delivery and never received feedback. On 4 January we went to the store and the told us we might have them delivered end of the month. We requested a refund as we had already waited 6 weeks and had no definite delivery date. We had to wait nearly an hour and then had to buy different couches elsewhere. We feel ****** as we would have had R22 000 worth of couches for R14 500 and ended up having to pay a extra R3500 for couches worth only R18 000. This was defnitely our first and last purchase from House and Home.
