House and Home is unreliable!

I bought a faulty sleeper couch at house&home BT Ngebs mall, I complained and then took it back in January 2022. TilI today I don't have a couch nor my money back, I have been up and down countless times instant of help I got the worst service from the manager. I sent countless emails to their head office nothing helped landline busy, my hard earned money down the drain of a "trusted store".
