House and Home Greenacres. 3x faulty corner recliner lounge suite

We bought a corner recliner lounge suite at House and Home Greenacres Port Elizabeth. The 1st loung suite was delivered we realized that the corner was faulty. The structure not very good as it waa very squeaky as well. We complained they delivered a 2nd one same problem. We complained and the manager reassured us that he is sending a new one which is a better make then the 1st one. Their people came and delivered and set it up. Which to our surprise this new one was even worst then the 2 same problem at the exact same area. We went to the store complained. We paid cash/debit card R17000 only to find out now that I have to wait 7-10 working days for my refund. Imagine having to pay cash now getting a refund in 2 weeks. For 2 weeks I must sit without a lounge suite. This I think is not fair at all. And very poor service
