House and home Greenacres

Hello Peter. we have experienced that the TV that we had bought at House and Home in Greenacres had a factory fault after we installed DSTV installation. We had laid a complaint to the Manager of the store and his been sending my grandmother a 68 year old woman back and forth with the complaints. On today's date we went to the store with the TV and they said the claim was rejected due to the TV was handled by the customer. This is very frustrating because my grandmother bought the TV cash and we have had no complaints before hence we have bought three TVs from the same store now they giving us this attitude. The manager also had the nerve to walk away from us without resolving the matter as he said we were rude. Yes we had to shout because it's almost over a month now that the matter isn't resolved and now they saying it's our fault the TV is like that but the TV was delivered by their delivery guy. We left the TV at the store since they said they can't refund or give us back another tv.
