House and Home Goldfields Mall - Great Service

I had a problem with a LG Microwave conbo oven. It was making loud banging noises, turntable noisy. I took the oven back to the store on 22 July 2018 at 10h00. I was informed that the microwave must go back to LG for testing, whereafter they will be allowed to change the unit.

This morning, 23 July 2018, at 11h15, Ernie from House and Home phoned me, and informed me, the matter is resolved. I can come in anytime, it will be exchanged for a new LG Microwave. Is this not customer service!!
