House and Home Festival Mall

I bought couches at House and Home Festival Mall/Kempton park. The customer service in the shop it was fine. The delivery services was a disaster, they took forever to deliver and they delivered couches with broken clips and they exchange them with second hand or demo couches. No update until you call them. After they receive the money they forget about you.
