House and home - false advertising/appauling service

The worst online store- ordered a bed An order was placed 3 weeks ago, I was promised delivery on the 3rd November, until today I haven’t received it. Iv called the call centre multiple times and was unsuccessful as they do not answer calls. Eventually we went to a store and was told that they don’t have stock. I want an immediate refund however there is no response to my emails and calls. I will never shop again at this store. They advertise falsely and have zero customer service. I would rather shop at any other furniture store
