House and Home don’t want to pay refund of R13000!!!

I am utterly shocked and disappointed with the service from House and Home. They do not want to pay back my refund which is R12999.00. It is over the specified period which they advised the refund will be paid. I have exhausted all avenues to request for my payment and no one can help. I have spoken to over 10 people with no help. Whatever happens, please do not use this store. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
