House and Home doesn’t have stock in Durban and doesn’t answer calls at their call centre, doesn’t respond to emails either.

I purchased an outdoor patio set from House and Home Shelly after seeing online that they did have stock. When I phoned to find out if I could collect my order sooner, they advised that they don’t have in stock even in Durban and they don’t know how many weeks I will wait for my order. I have tried contacting their “alleged” call center but they do not answer calls. I don’t believe they even have a call centre as even Shelly Branch said it is impossible to reach them on the phone. I placed my order on the 19th of December. I followed up with an email as well. To date I have received no feedback.
