House and Home DO NOT BUY ONLINE ANYTHING

Do not buy online from House & Home I bought appliances on the 22 November 2018 online and asked for delivery to "my doorstep" as advertised by yourself. Today the 7th of December I asked for the refund after contacting your customer service 4 times over a period of 8 working days, each phone call lasting an average of 8 minutes.. My order number is ********** 284, and today I spoke to a lady (the name begins with a C) in the customer care department (after phoning the ********** number) and asked for a refund.. The online purchase service rendered by H&H is extremely poor. I sent a email on 7 December 2018 and expected a response but alas. I want to warn other potential shoppers via the Hello Peter Website to not shop anything online from H&H as the promises advertised by them is false.
