House and Home disgusting service.

The Online Purchase department is totally useless.( ********** )( ********** )( ********** ). All these numbers do not help. Do not buy products online at House and Home. I have been waiting forever for feedback and to collect the purchase. The lady on the other end just talks stories to someone else the whole time. Not professional at all. Was told that there is just two people that work in the online purchase department and 1 person is not in. So just 2 people handle the whole country......My first and last purchase with house and home.
