House and Home disappointed me

I had a very bad experience in Umthatha house and home, I made a laybye for a couch in September. On the 3rd of December I paid up the remaining balance and they told me to go and wait until I get a phone call from them as they are waiting for the stock to arrive, I waited for 2 full weeks without any phone call....I called just to check if they have not forgotten...they told me that the couch is out of stock still waiting for the Jo'burg factory to supply them. I waited...today I was told that I will get it after Christmas because they one couch and is for another client that bought it before me....I do not like how I was treated because I had plans for the sleeper couch I have people that will sleep over my place...this is inconveniencing me....I am disappointed at the very big retail store to give me stories while my money is with them and the couch is not available up to todate
