House and Home Deceive Customers

My mother Bought a TV stand in January from house & home in Montana, they delivered a display stand with scratches instead of the new stand. The stand they delivered it was not in box, it was assembled... When we ask why is the TV stand not in box, they said we have assembled it for you.... We checked the it was the stand that was a display in the store. We've been calling the store to come and fetch the stand to replace it with the new one, even today they are still coming. House & home they don't have stock they sell what is being displayed on the sales floor.... They are lying and deceiving customers...
