House and Home couch scan

We bought a couch for 40k in July 2024, paid 4 installments till October 2024 as per laybe agreement. House and Home Bloemfontein fleurdal has not delivered our couch since October. always telling us stories about how the couch is in Cape Town. Its Jan 2025 we don't have our couch and they don't want to refund us in cash
