House and Home Couch innightmare

So my couches got repossessed by House and Home Vereeniging branch. On the day they repossessed them we agreed that I would come pay before the 18th December 2017 so as arranged I go pay the R4 800 I owed on the 15th of December 2017 and the guy tells me that they have a Christmas party today and they can't give me my couches I will get them on the 3rd of February 2018. I was shocked that no one bothered to inform me about the closing date when they repossessed my couches. I offered to come fetch them with my private transport since they are partying on a working day (Friday) and guess what they still refused. Meaning I will sit on the floor for 7 weeks because they want to party on a working day.

Mind you a guy called Sam from House and home verbally harassed me every day on the phone telling to make a loan to pay for those couches. He spoke to me like I was nothing I asked him to please take the couches until I have money to settle the account, then when I finally pay they tell me they are partying and they can't bring my couches I must call them in February 2018. This has been a nightmare for me and now they won't give me my couches!!! I'm traumatized. Please help me HELLO PETER
