HOUSE AND HOME COMPLAINT

05 december 2018 House and Home Greenacres i went to shop and saw the fridge i wanted and it was R5999 , and sales lady named Olga process everything and i paid for it with my bank card including delivery, costed me R6349 , R350 delivery the Bosch fridge freezer had a dent and little scratches on the door , i did mind due to i love the bottle silver stand detail inside the fridge , i spoke to manager of the shop , making sure will i be getting this fridge i want , and he told me i will buy it like it is , they have marked down it due to dent and scratched, even ask why the trays are different inside , today , i am excited to get my delivery , and when they deliver they deliver the fridge that i didnt pay for it , and i told Alga sales lady that i dont want this other fridge of R8799 due , i want the one of Bosch Fridge FreezerR5999 with silver thing inside for bottles , house and home delivery guys bring me fridge that i said at the shop i didnt want , and i am told that the one i paid for it was sold to someone else , and they giving the one of R8799 that i didnt want , i am not happy with their service , why selling me something that its sold , why they taking my money all to give me something that i didnt want in first place, i still dont want the fridge of R8799 , i dont want to settle for something that i didnt buy or to be refunded, i went there to buy a fridge because i need it as now, i dont have fridge , i dont have luxury to shop around again for fridge , i want to the Bosch Fridge Freeze with silver bottle stand inside the fridge that i paid R6349.
