House and Home (Checkers) Terrible Online Shop

Good day I bought a laptop online on the 25th May 20 and on the 28th may online send an email to their branch in Pretoria to request them to deliver to me, that branch manager responded to say he does not have that product. I called online and they said they had spoken to the buyer and he contacted the manufacture and I will have my order before Friday 05/06/2020. Wednesday I email to ask how far was my order so i can know if I should be refunded and buy else where and no one responded and mind you I keep calling and they don't even answer their calls. Today 0/06/2020 I managed to get through their phones and I was told I will get my refund after another 14 days. So this laptop was for my daughter to get her school lessons at home and now we are 2 weeks behind and 2 more week again to wait before i can be refunded , so a whole month of waste. They are the worst online shop.
