I just want to compliment Baile's excellent service with her assistance which she was very helpful in seconds.

Before I contacted Menlyn Branch I spoke to a gentleman at the Mayville Branch and never got back to me since yesterday morning and still await his feedback.

I am very satisfied with the communication with Baile and quick response I am buying a twin tub washing machine for someone else and will always ask for Baile to help me. I will recommend Baile to all people I know if they wish to buy from your branch to ask for this pleasant lady in all means She's got excellent telephone skills and then the service I received I never experienced from other sales ladies/men. 10/10
