House and Home cheap quality furniture

Good day, my husband and I saved up for 8months to purchase a lounge suite from your branch in Boksburg about 1.5 years ago. The sales person at the time assured us of it's quality and the quality standards of House and Home furniture; unfortunately we now have a lounge suite that is peeling and looking very untidy. Had we known this would be the outcome we would have purchased the same from one of your competitors instead. When we called the East rand mall branch, because the branch we purchased it at had closed down (East Rand Retail Park), they are unable to find any records of our purchase on any of their systems - how is this possible? We have subsequently sent pictures of the peeling couches to Elinaore at East Rand mall. When we received the couches initially on delivery it was in rainy conditions and wet boxes. This is a poor sales etiquette. We had paid cash for these couches and not any hire purchase thinking it would last for "at least the next 5 years" as stated by the sales person at the time. I need feedback asap, to replace or refund this purchase as we are not satisfied with quality that was sold.
