House and Home Centurion worst service ever

On Sunday morning I bought a patio set from House and Home Centurion Mall. They said the delivery will be in this week which I was more than happy with. Tuesday I received a phone call from House and Home saying they will deliver 4pm Tuesday afternoon. I made all my arrangements accordingly so I can be sure to be home. I waited and waited and nobody came. Wednesday nobody came as well so I phoned House and Home. They said they don't know what happened but will get back to me. Nobody phoned me back. I phoned them again and then they said they will make sure the delivery happens Thursday afternoon at 4:30pm. I made my arrangements accordingly again to be sure to be home. Nobody came again. I phoned House and Home to find out what is going on and they said they will get back to me. Nobody got back to me. Probably the worst service ever in the history of worst service. Waisted so much of my time.
