House and Home Catetown Blueroute mall, sold me damaged goods

<p>I bought a bed suite that includes a mattress, and a full bed stand designed with a headboard.</p> <p>The headboard is damaged, it has a crack. I have reported this with house and home store manager at Capetown Blueroute mall 3 months back and frequently (I have email communications). A month later they sent a new headboard which had faults as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have continuously reported this via emails and in person. My last visit was this weekend, the manager told me he'll get back to me later that day, but till today I have not received any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is one of the worst customer services I have ever experience.</p>
