House and Home Cape Gate ******

I went House and Home to secure a front loader washing machine. I went to a white lady and asked her about it. She answered my question but just walked away to addend to white costumers. They were already there. She did not tell me that she was busy assisting. I went to a black lady and she kindly told me she was busy with costumers. She asked a guy named Morne, who was white, to help me. He and another salesman was busy moving furniture around. He just looked at me, did not utter a word and went on moving furniture. I was then assisted by another black saleslady. By that time a was so angry I asked for a manager and she still asked me way. After that I just walked out. I went back to launch a complained and I spoke to a manager or shift leader. He spoke Morne and ordered him to his office and Morne did not even apologise. He said there will be a disciplinary, don't think that will happen . This was really a bad ****** experience at House and Home Cape Gate. Two white people that did not want to serve people of colour.
