****MERS THESE ONES!! If you know what is best for you, stay away from this shop. I recently bought (cash) a new LG microwave from these people and they have a seven days return policy PROVIDED that you have not used the item. How the hell are you going to test an item if it is working or not if you don't open it? how would you know if what you bought is exactly what you wanted or if you are satisfied with it? Yet I did ask about the return policy BEFORE I bought the microwave and I was told that I can bring it anytime within 7 days if I am not happy with it, no one mentioned anything about the fact that I cannot use the microwave it I don't want it. I was not even asking for a refund, I wanted to exchange for a pricer/higher microwave.

This is the second time I am getting this bad experience with this store after I bought a new Samsung double door fridge.

I am never buying anything again ever at House and Home and anyone reading this, don't waste your money with this store.
