house and home are bullies

I missed two premuims on my house and home account then I was handed over to a collection company representing house and home.i comp**** with the arrangements and paid my account. Then I get a call from the same people wanting to re poses my things that I paid for.the call came from this aggressive man wanting my address to come take my things but I paid what was requested.i want answers as I shouldn't be treated that way as a client
