House and Home and a manager who has no regards or whatsoever on the clients concerns

When you open an account at House and Home Meadowdale,they force you to take in addition to your Life insurance,credit life insurance which is supposed to cover you in the event of your death,however the truth of the matter is you can simply add them as a benefitiary to your life insurance and save money.However when l had a conversation with the store Manager Elenor,she was very rude and unhelpful and not willing to listen to my side of the story,she transferred my call to her admin manager who said shes clueless and she didnt even make an effort to find out about Life insurance.As a client l felt this business has no regard or whatsoever on its clients.
