House and Home Alberton

Hi,

I was called by House and Home that I over paid my account and I must bring the proof of bank for the difference to be paid in my account. When I get to house and home in Alberton, I was told head office is incorrect, the branch asks for my bank statement for them to see the installment paid to them.

They have been debiting my account, now that they need to pay the difference they want me to go get the full statamemt showing the amount paid which they can see my statement from their system.

This is not cool coming from the branch saying the head should not have asked for the proof of bank.
