I am so disappointed with the quality of merchandise purchased from House and Home Gateway. My mother purchased sofas last year and paid cash. The material (pleather) is peeling off and it not a small section that is peeling off, it's different sections on all 3 units. We reached out to the store for assistance but they were not eager to assist us or even make recommendations.

The lack of compassion displayed by the store manager really made me realize that they only care when you're spending your money but don't really care about maintaining good customer relations.
