I purchased a washing machine from House & Home online store. At the time of purchase, there was stock online however after 3 weeks the item had still not been delivered. I was told that they had run out of stock. I was never told when they would be receiving new stock and therefore I had to cancel my order and request a refund. The refund will now take a further 2 weeks. In total H&H have had my money for 5 weeks and I have been inconvenienced without a washing machine. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
