Horrifying service House@Home 14th avenue

I am apauled by the service we received from House&Home 14th avenue. We returned a lounge suite three times. The first came with holes. The second time it was broken and the thurd one now is patched up and it stinks like it came from someone's house and we should accept a second hand suite, really. This kind of business dealing is not acceptable at all. We are hard working citizens. What rights do consumers have and to what extent. It is ridiculous.
