HORRIFIC service from House & Home at Centurion Mall

The service I got at House & Home at Centurion mall has been HORRIFIC. 4 days later and I still have not received the items which were meant to be delivered to my home.

I have been calling the store numerous times, the workers there do not care when you state your issues and they drop the call or inform you that they will call you back, which they never do.

I requested to speak to the manager who also did not attend to my issue.

I am extremely disgusted by what I am experiencing and I have been inconvenienced beyond comprehension.

Absolutely horrific stuff! That branch should be shut down!
