Horrific service from House and Home online!!

On the 17th of December 2022 I ordered a headboard online and these guys have been quiet since the last order confirmation email they sent to me on the same day.Today 28 December 2022 I call them because kaloku I need my headboard and that was at 11.22am and I spoke to Thato.Thato was speaking Sotho throughout our conversation which I fail to understand kaloku because she was supposed to converse in English. I kept on replying in English and kept my cool and just thought to myself I wonder how she would feel if I answered her in isiXhosa.I only did that because I understand Sotho.Thato said she was going to call the warehouse to find out when they will deliver and that she would call me back with feedback.Over an hour now and nothing from Thato.I called them again and was transferred to her line only to be on the line for 14 minutes and Thato did not answer.I am an unhappy client right now.
